To help you ensure that our products are perfect for your requirements, free, fully-functional trial versions of most MassGrid software products are available to download from our website. Comprehensive product and service information are also available.
To help you make the right decision, you can also contact a customer service representative. If you require help using or otherwise installing our software, free technical support is also available.
We ask that you please choose carefully before making your purchase, as we do NOT normally give refunds after we have sent you your product registration code through email. You could request a refund within 24hours of your purchase and before your registration code has been issued.
Please note that after making your purchase for a software product, you will be supplied with a registration code. Registration codes are kept the same for future product upgrades. The registration code you are supplied upon completion of your order is valid for the current and future version of the product available at the time of purchasing, not necessarily the trial version you may have downloaded on a previous occasion.
