Recover a Lost Serial Number |
If you lost your registration information, MassGrid can help you recover it by sending you the Registration Number (Serial Number). Please send an email to our technical support staff, and put "Lost Registration Information Number" as "Message subject".
IMPORTANT: A confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you entered in the form! The name and email you provided must match the one you used to purchase MassGrid product.
